Estuary I is located at 500 Mosley Avenue and is a permanent supportive housing community for unhoused individuals aged 18 and older.

Estuary I features studios and one-bedroom apartments in a highly desirable location in the City of Alameda, which is within walking distance to public transportation, grocery, retail, parks, local employers, and schools. Property amenities include onsite laundry, community room, secure bicycle parking on each floor, elevator, pet friendly, resident services, onsite manager, onsite case management, and central outdoor courtyard with BBQ area. Plus, each Head of Household will receive one AC transit EasyPass.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

In the event of a federal government shut down, the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) expects Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) to our landlords, for AHA subsidized rental units, to continue as usual. If you have not received your HAP payment by the 5th of October, please contact an AHA Housing Specialist.  AHA Housing Specialists are assigned by tenant last name.  To find AHA Housing Specialist contact information please review the information below.
