These forms do not cover landlord or tenant issues in privately owned residential properties in the City of Alameda. These forms are solely for use by residents that live at AHA owned or managed properties. Original completed forms must be turned in to your housing specialist. Additionally, your Housing Specialist can mail to you any of the forms below, simply request from your Housing Specialist.

Wednesday, December 24th — 8:30am to 4pm

Thursday, December 25th — AHA Offices are closed

Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th – 8:30am – 12:30pm

Wednesday, December 31st – 8:30am – 12:30pm
