AHA Authorization To Release Information

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

In observance of the following holidays, AHA offices will be closed on the following days:

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day:  Monday, January 19^th
• For a staff training, AHA offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 28^th from 10am to 12pm.
• Presidents Day:  Monday, February 16^th

 AHA Offices are closed to the public every Friday.
