Random Selection Complete
All pre-applications received between September 10th and September 20th were placed into the random lottery. The random lottery is complete. You can log into the portal and check your status on the wait lists for which you submitted a pre-application. Please log into
https://recertification.alamedahsg.org/ and click on My Waiting List Status.
The wait list was open for 10 days with assistance available at numerous application centers to allow for those with disabilities and difficulties using a computer to receive assistance from staff to submit an application. Families cannot appeal either not submitting an application before the close date and time nor can families appeal the random lottery selection of their application.
Preferences will now be applied to determine wait list order for families that were selected through the random lottery. The AHA does not give out wait list position numbers. Families will receive periodic outreaches from the AHA to keep their application active. Changes in family composition, income, and contact information can be updated on the Rent Café portal.
