The California Department of Housing and Community Development held a competitive “Notice of Funding Availability” in July 2021 to provide $57 million in matching grants to Local Housing Trust Funds established by cities and counties.

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda has opened the wait list for Rosefield Village and the deadline to apply is May 11th at 5pm.   To apply, please click this link.
