Please call or email the property manager for your community, then contact AHA so staff can troubleshoot. You can also file a complaint at https://www.alamedahsg.org/contact-aha/file-a-complaint/

On June 29th, June 30th, and July 1st,the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda main office (701 Atlantic Avenue) will only be open from 1pm to 3pm, so office hours with AHA staff will not be available.

 

In observance of July 4th,  the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda main office (701 Atlantic Avenue) is closed on July 2nd and 3rd.
