A special HQS inspection may be scheduled between the routine HQS inspection to review the quality of the unit. The landlord and tenant, as well as the AHA or Property management company can call for a special inspection.

This week, the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) issued over 60,000 letters regarding the December 2024 waitlist opening.   Unfortunately, AHA cannot respond to your emails or phone calls. Applicants are advised to closely review any emails and letter(s) sent from AHA.
