July 8, 2022Each unit is inspected by Property Management at least once a year. More frequent inspections may also be required by lenders, investors, and regulators, for residents who are on Section 8 or if a resident has a property issue such as hoarding, pest control, or has requested a Reasonable Accommodation for additional bedroom or equipment.
