How much notice will a resident be given prior to an inspection?

AHA and Asset Living adhere to State Law and will provide at least 24 hours’ written notice for non-emergency entry. State law and the lease allows for no notice or shorter notice entry for emergencies. However, annual/biennial Inspections are scheduled at least 30-days in advance.

AHA MAIN OFFICE DAILY HOURS SCHEDULE CHANGE:

Moving forward the daily hourly schedule at AHA’s main office will now be 8:30am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday. Please also note that AHA’s main office will be closed from 12:30 to 1pm, Monday through Thursday.

AHA Offices are closed to the public every Friday.
