Notice of Public Comment Period for the Annual Plan for the Fiscal Year starting July 1, 2026.

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is accepting written comments on its proposed Annual Plan for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2026. The proposed plan is being made available for public review and comment once more through April 13, 2026 at (https://www.alamedahsg.org/resource-library/agency-documents/) or a hardcopy can be viewed at the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda Office at 701 Atlantic Ave, Alameda, CA 94501.

The public hearing for the Annual Plan will be held in person on Monday April 13, 2026, at 3:00pm, at the Independence Plaza, Ruth Rambeau Community Center, located at 703 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda CA 94501.  

The AHA anticipates adoption of the Annual Plan by the Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Independence Plaza, Ruth Rambeau Community Center, located at 703 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda CA 94501. 

Additional information regarding our Board of Commissioners meetings and instructions for online attendance for the adoption of the proposed plan can be found at https://www.alamedahsg.org/meetings/.

Persons in need of interpreters or any other special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact Jasmine Polar, Executive Assistant, (510)747-4325 (voice), TTY/TRS: 711, or jpolar@alamedahsg.org. Notification 48 hours prior to the meetings will enable the Housing Authority to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility.

The proposed plan is being made available for public review and comment once more through March 31, 2026 at (https://www.alamedahsg.org/resource-library/agency-documents/) or a hardcopy can be viewed at the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda Office at 701 Atlantic Ave, Alameda, CA 94501.

The public hearing for the MTW Supplement will be held in person on Tuesday March 31, 2026, at 2:00pm, at the Independence Plaza, Ruth Rambeau Community Center, located at 703 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda CA 94501.
