Yes, guests visiting for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days in any one-year period is prohibited without Landlord’s written consent.

UPDATE

In observance of AHA’s 85th Anniversary, AHA’s main office (located at 701 Atlantic Avenue) will close this Thursday (November 6th) at 11:30am for the remainder of the day.  To confirm, office hours for Thursday, November 6th will be from 8:30am to 11:30am.
