Scattered Sites

Scattered sites are a collection of affordable housing units located throughout the City of Alameda and are owned by either the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) or the Alameda Affordable Housing Corporation (AAHC). Please direct all property management requests to (510) 217-8683 or send email to amarah.mccowan@fpimgt.com. Please consult your lease to determine which email address to use.

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda has opened the wait list for Rosefield Village and the deadline to apply is May 11th at 5pm.   To apply, please click this link.
