Scattered Sites

Scattered sites are a collection of affordable housing units located throughout the City of Alameda and are owned by either the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) or the Alameda Affordable Housing Corporation (AAHC). Please direct all property management requests to (510) 217-8683 or send email to Sandra.Alcoba-Matos@assetliving.com. Please consult your lease to determine which email address to use.

AHA OFFICES CLOSED

Please note that the Housing Authority main office (located at 701 Atlantic Avenue) will be closed on Thursday, June 18th and Friday, June 19th.   The main office will return to the normal daily schedule (8:30am to 4pm) on Monday, June 22nd.
