What is a Special HQS inspection?

A special HQS inspection may be scheduled between the routine HQS inspection to review the quality of the unit. The landlord and resident, as well as the AHA or Property management company can call for a special inspection.

AHA OFFICES CLOSED

Please note that the Housing Authority main office (located at 701 Atlantic Avenue) will be closed on Thursday, June 18th and Friday, June 19th.   The main office will return to the normal daily schedule (8:30am to 4pm) on Monday, June 22nd.
