PRINCIPAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST 
SALARY RANGE 47: $12,131 - $14,745 monthly


The Housing Authority is seeking an exceptional candidate to work at the Principal Management Analyst level, the highest professional class in the Management Analyst series. The Principal Management Analyst has the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.    

The Principal Management Analyst oversees, directs, and participates in all activities of the Housing Authority’s operations, including short- and long-term planning, policy development and administration, and enforcing all Housing Authority codes and regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating activities among all Housing Authority departments and agencies, and managing data, policy and planning for complex and varied programs, projects, and activities.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
SALARY RANGE 30: $8,011 - $9,736 monthly


The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to work at the Assistant Project Manager level. The Assistant Project Manager will support a wide range of affordable housing development projects and have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. The Housing Authority is the lead developer of a strong and growing pipeline of affordable housing located in the City of Alameda, including the North Housing development on the former Alameda Naval Base. SENIOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST – Risk Services
SALARY RANGE 42: $10,735 - $13,048 monthly/strong>


The Housing Authority is seeking an exceptional, team-oriented candidate to work at the Senior Management Analyst level. Senior Management Analysts work on a wide range of high-level analytical, management, and technical assignments supporting AHA operations and programs, and have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.

This position in the Administration Department will focus on providing risk management procedures, policies and analysis to the Senior Management team and assisting each department on risk management in various Housing Authority projects and programs. Other agency-level general administrative projects will likely be assigned.

MANAGEMENT ANALYST – HR and Operations
SALARY RANGE 33: $8,621 - $10,480 monthly


The Housing Authority is seeking exceptional, team-oriented candidates to work at the Management Analyst level. Candidates will work on a wide range of analytical, management, and technical assignments supporting AHA operations and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.

The position currently open is in the Executive Administration Department, and will report to the Director of Human Resources and Operations. Project areas are varied and may include:
Working with the HR Director on employee relations and performance issues
Assisting with the development of new employment or operational policies and procedures
Conducting recruitments for open positions, and developing onboarding or training modules
Conducting procurement activities and tracking of awarded contracts
Researching, procuring, and implementing a variety of technical systems, including payroll and broader HRIS/HCM/HRMS systems
Serving on the Agency’s Reasonable Accommodations Committee
Performing data collection, analysis and reporting on a variety of agency-wide projects

PROJECT MANAGER
SALARY RANGE 35: $9,053 - $11,003/month

The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to oversee and coordinate project management for rehabilitation and/or new construction projects that are funded through a variety of private, federal, state and local sources, including the administration of program funding and regulatory compliance.

Administrative Manager

Salary Range 42: $10,735 - $13,048/month


     

AHA has opened a recruitment for an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager provides administrative, budgetary, and work-flow support to a variety of assigned Housing Authority projects and programs including but not limited to procurement and reasonable accommodation processes; analyzes programmatic practices and procedures and makes recommendations for organizational, operational, policy, and procedural improvements; and conducts needs analyses, feasibility studies, and evaluations.  Please refer to the job description for the complete range of duties and qualifications required for this position.
