For Community Development Block Grant &
HOME Investment Partnerships Funds

The City of Alameda has released the guidelines for the FY 2020-21 and FY 2021-22 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)/HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Request for Proposal (RFP). Applications will be accepted for the following categories:
  • Non-Housing Public Services
  • Non-Housing Economic Development
  • Non-Housing Capital Improvement Projects
  • Affordable Housing Development

If your organization plans to apply for funding for CDBG or HOME funds, please review the attachments below.
