HOUSING PROGRAMS SUPERVISOR

Salary Range 33: $8,354 – $10,155/month

     

AHA is opening a recruitment for a Housing Programs Supervisor in the Housing Programs Department. This position supervises the activities of AHA staff engaged in the provision of housing assistance, including oversight of functions such as eligibility, inspections, new leases, reexaminations, and terminations. Incumbents may assist the Director in departmental and/or strategic planning and budgeting, along with development of policies and procedures. Please refer to the job description for the complete range of duties required of this position.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER

Salary Range 42:  $10,402 – 12,644/month 


The Housing Authority is seeking its first Community Relations Manager. This new position will develop and manage the Agency’s community relations and communications programs and services, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.

Property Management Supervisor

Salary Range 33: $8,354 - $10,155 monthly


AHA is seeking a Property Management Supervisor to be responsible for property management, as well as work related to the initial and continued occupancy of multiple Housing Authority rental units. The Property Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a portfolio of properties owed by AHA, including the supervision of site and maintenance staff. This position supervises both AHA staff and third party vendors, including third party property management company(ies), that complete this work.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST

SALARY RANGE 42: $10,402 - $12,644 monthly



The Housing Authority is seeking an exceptional, team-oriented candidate to work at the Senior Management Analyst level, the advanced professional class in the Management Analyst series. Senior Management Analysts work on a wide range of high-level analytical, management, and technical assignments supporting AHA operations and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.

This position in the Executive Administration Department is a second position to allow for extended capacity, particularly in the areas of IT administration and housing policy. The new hire is expected to manage one or both of the agency’s major administrative systems (Yardi and Laserfiche) and will work on other housing policy projects.

Management Analyst

Salary Range 33: $8,354 - $10,155 monthly


The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to work at the Management Analyst level. Candidates will work on a wide range of analytical, management, and technical assignments supporting AHA operations and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. The position currently open is in the Executive Administration Department, and will have an emphasis on procurement, Housing Policy, data analysis, and technical support, and will perform a broad array of general analytical work for AHA.

RISK MANAGER

Salary Range 42: $10,402 - $12,644/month



The Housing Authority is seeking its first Risk Manager. This newly-created position will provide risk management procedures, policies and analysis to assist various Housing Authority projects and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

SALARY RANGE 42: $10,402 - $12,644/month


The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to oversee projects and initiatives in support of the Alameda Housing Authority (AHA)’s affordable housing development and neighborhood revitalization programs in the City. This may include new construction development, acquisition and rehabilitation of properties, and development for projects for AHA’s nonprofit development affiliate, Island City Development. AHA’s pipeline of multifamily projects includes serving family, homeless, workforce, and senior populations and managing major renovation of occupied properties within AHA’s portfolio.
