SALARY RANGE 54: $13,534 - $16,450/month

AHA is looking for an exceptional development professional to oversee and direct the Agency’s Housing Development Department, including acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction of AHA’s housing units. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on a complete site and structure development project on former Navy property, along with multiple rehabilitation and new development projects throughout the City of Alameda, all geared towards the goals of expanding the supply of affordable housing and preserving the existing affordable units already in place in Alameda. Salary Range 42: $10,099 - $12,276/month

The Housing Authority is seeking its first Communications Manager. This newly-created position will develop and manage the Agency’s communications and public information activities and services, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.
