Available Forms:Waiting List Update form - Please use this form if the information you provided to the Housing Authority for the Waiting List has changed. Changes could be a new telephone number, or a new address . . anything like that. Please download the form and mail it back to the Housing Authority.Please note: The Section 8 Waiting List is Closed. Applications will NOT be accepted. For information on other rentals, please go to the Notices section. The following Update form is made available to persons already on the Section 8 waiting list. Independence Plaza Application - Application for Independence Plaza. You must be 62 years of age or over to apply. Schedule of Maintenance Charges - This form is for Managed Housing Tenants only. These are the current fees that may be assessed by the maintenance staff for the listed services.
