PUBLIC NOTICE FOR 45 DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD ON AGENCY PLAN

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda has accepted written comments on its proposed Five-Year and Annual Plan for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2010.  The proposed Plan continues to be available for public review; however, the comment period has closed. 

The Housing Commission will hold a public hearing to receive oral comments on:

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) continues to accept applications from qualified property owners who are interested in project-based voucher (PBV) assistance for their existing properties. Interested parties should review the

Request for Proposals (RFP), Amendment No. 1 to the RFP, Amendment No. 2 to the RFP and the revised Application that can be downloaded from this website. The AHA encourages interested parties to review the Alameda Housing Authority's policies on PBV assistance, which can be found on the website under Policies>Administrative Plan>Chapter 16.” Applications for new construction projects are no longer being accepted.
