The Maintenance and Facilities Division is responsible for:

• Ongoing maintenance of apartments units, buildings and systems
• Preparation of vacant units for new occupants
• Work Order Resolution
• Day to day overseeing of basic systems and facilities operations
• After hours work order emergencies

To report a maintenance issue or emergency during business hours, please call 510-747-4317, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

To report a maintenance emergency only after business hours, please call 510-747-4300 and press 44. A maintenance worker will respond shortly.
