CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION AND PROCUREMENT
The Contracts Administration Division is
responsible for maintaining the contract files for
the Housing Authority. Major functions include
contracting for and oversight of extraordinary maintenance
and capital improvements projects (i.e., rehabilitation of
apartment units, buildings, systems, etc.). Some
specific tasks include:
